Ordering: Written order required – usually by signing and returning the proposal we sent to you.
A 50% Deposit is required prior to the beginning of production with the balance due Net 15 from invoice date (ship date). Once production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
Your artwork: Must be submitted in vector format (i.e. Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSign) with all lines and text converted to curves or expanded ready for mask cutting.
Our artwork: Final artwork must be signed, approved and returned to us prior to commencing production.
Finish: Paint colors and special detail must be specified.
Completion Time
We try hard to meet a 10-15 work day production schedule on most standard signs after receipt of approved artwork and deposit. However, remember to allow time for complexity items such as special painting, layered signs, shipping, etc.
